Ane has owned 3 successful small Therapy businesses across Canada and has travelled internationally as an Athletic Therapist. She values each and every one of her clients and takes the time to ensure all health and fitness goals are met. Ane is a member of both national and provincial Athletic Therapy chapters- CATA and APATA.
Do I need a referral?
Many insurance policies no longer require a referral, each plan is different. If you do no have insurance no referral is necessary.
What can I expect on my first visit?
Initial Assessments are an hour long. There will be a few questions asked re your injury, pain levels, activity etc.

Normally visits are weekly. Occasionally they may be seen more than once a week should they require more care.
